Could you please turn on debugging by adding

wp-config.phpand see if you get any comments in your page’s source code such as<!-- Cached by WP-Optimize, then share us the information to investigate further@stronganchortech and @schaum194 Please make sure you have version 3.2.3 and check if you have a cron job

I would like to first explain the nature of the issue. Your hosting provider puts a limit to number of database query requests per hour. I’m not sure whether the user
testtis shared between multiple sites or not.While I don’t think the Preloading is an issue, could you please let us know how big is your site?
From your post, the the first warning

At this moment, Version 3.2.3, we don’t have an option to completely disable ‘gz’ file generation, But it will be added in the next release.

It is strange.There is a chance, if logs table doesn’t exists. That is it is not created by installing Easy Updates Manager plugin.
Do you see any error messages either in browser console or in php error log?

I believe you are using a third party premium plugin which as its own update system? I came to this conclusion because of this
Uncaught ReferenceError: mateffyPluginUpdater100No such thing in our plugin.Could you please disable other plugins (or recently installed one) and test again? Thanks
