@mrsmurf We are aware of the issue and this will be fixed in our next release.
@ibanerjee The URL you posted is neither a cached page nor it has minified js/css. So the issue can’t be result of WP Optimize’s cacheing solution or minify solution. If you already uninstalled WP Optimize, then this issue is not related to WPO
@philjlcrobotics Please create separate thread for your issue and post the javascript error you see in your browser console.
@sw3l0 I’m not aware of such solution at this moment.
@yeelloo I’m not sure about the issue. Do you see any errors in browser console?
Or timeout error in the php error log file?Hi @sw3l0
The point of serving cached page is to achieve speed. So, yes, it works early before loading WordPress fully.
But you could add your headers using Apache
.htaccessfile like this?<IfModule mod_headers.c> Header set Test "This is a test" Header set MySecurity "Hey this is security header" </IfModule>@ibanerjee Which features did you enabled in WP Optimize? If you happen to enable
Minifyturn it off and see if it fixes the issue. It is hard to help with little detail you provided.

Hi @gemmanltd
Those details should have emailed to you when you signup for the hosting account.
Usually, If you haven’t set it up,hostname => will be your domain name
username => will be your username for hosting account
password => will be your password for hosting accountAre you sure your hosting uses
cPanel? Then it should be available as per their website and demo site
https://cpanel.net/products/cpanel-whm-features/If all the above fails, you could contact your hosting provider and ask for the FTP user account details
Hi @webpart
Thanks. It is just warning thrown during testing webp conversion tool.
We’ll investigate this cache issue further.Hi @flamuren
Yes, it is possible.
Click
Purge cacheand you’ll see that bothcurrent cache sizeandnumber of filesare0Now run preload. If you see increase in cache size and files after a while, then the preload is working.
I just noticed that you said
Proversion. In that case you have to submit support ticket here
https://getwpo.com/premium-support/So can share details with privacy and trouble shoot the site issues. Thanks
Hi @gemmanltd
This article should help you with FTP without need to access the website.
Let me know, if you need further help
@smenegassi Glad to hear that you figured it out.
Hi @flamuren
It can happen in couple of situations. (Preloading is a long running process)
1. Your server refuses to close browser connection
2. You server kills long running php processWe are working on a more friendly user message on such situations.
That said, your preload should still work after you see message and clicked
okayHi @b-p
I assume by
deletingyou mean deactivating and then deleting plugin from WP Dashboard which will remove cached files, temp files, etc Won’t make any changes to Database. If you need privacy, you may submit a support ticket here
