Ha! Yes, it was very hard to find one and it wasn’t as easy as yours but I managed to get something working!
It’s called – WPSSL (WordPress with SSL)

I have since moved to a different plugin on the site out of necessity, but I will give it a test out anyways to see if it did fix the issue and let you know.

Wondering if there has been a fix to this yet?
I had WordPress HTTPS working on my site with 2 pages using the Force SSL checkbox.
When I upgraded to the latest version it stopped working – get an error that says ‘There is a problem with the request’. I rolled back to previous version and thought it was ok initially, but didn’t work again.
The two pages it is on are sub pages of a parent page.
