Have you proved to reload your site? Flash always keep on cache previous version and is posible that you have installed paid version but you are seeing the free version.
Could you prove it? (ctrl + F5 at the same time)

You can add all videos you want, you haven’t got limit.
When you want to add a lot of videos, you have to choose your rows and columns number. If you choose, for example, rows -> 3, and columns -> 3 you will have 9 thumbnails in your plugin, and automaticaly, appears a new button with this simbol >> in player bar. This is the pagination of the plugin, that automatically, shows your videos in pages.
You can add all videos that you want and you be able to choose the number of thumbnails that you want to see your plugin nice.
