Issue resolved. The issue had nothing to do with Visual Form Builder. Rather, there was an setting in the theme that messed with the alignment.
Great plug in.
Back to being a great plug-in. The plug-in started working again. It has been flawlessly working.
Should’ve updated the post sooner. I’m not sure if it was the trip to China that had an effect or not.
I highly recommend this plug in though.
Love the plug in. However, I’m having an issue with code showing up in addition to some of the buttons. Specifically, email, tumblr, stumblupon, and reddit. (you can see an example at my site)

Yep. Thanks for the links. However, I’ve successfully had the base install running. The issue pops up when I replace the default DB tables with the backed up version from the previous site.
