usually this is related to a conflict with theme functionality.
If your theme use OB functions (http://php.net/manual/en/function.ob-start.php) for html injection Ginger should give problems in page rendering.If you compare html with and without ginger, maybe you will find some differences in classes on body or some other elements.
Try to check it, if is not an html issue should be a css conflict, more easy to resolveAny news about nextgen compatibility with s3 offload?

“Click out of banner to accept cookie” non verifica se la pagina cliccata è quella della privacy policy.E’ una configurazione che aggiungeremo appena avremo il tempo di lavorarci 😉
