Download and Updating Issues

To Whom It May Concern:

Let me first state, you created a fantastic and helpful plugin. With that said, this message is to apprise you of a few issues that I encountered when trying to download or update the latest version (listed as 3.1) of your plugin, “Ginger – EU Cookie Law”:

1. When I head over to the WordPress.org page for your plugin and click on the box that says “Download Version 3.1,” I land on the following URL with that page saying “404 File not found.” In other words, I cannot locate the plugin file to download — either that, or the the plugin download may be missing.

2. When I clicked on the “Changelog” tab of your plugin’s WordPress.org page, it lists the most recent version for the plugin as 3.0.4. as opposed to the latest version of the download which is listed as 3.1. Is this a mistake?

3. When I tried to update the plugin through my WordPress Dashboard’s “Updates” tab (I have the plugin currently installed with the plugin version listed as 3.0.3), I get the following error message: “An error occurred while updating Ginger – EU Cookie Law: Download failed. Not Found”

In light of all these issues, I wonder if you would please let me know how I can update the plugin to the latest version though my WordPress Dashboard as it, again, keeps on giving me “An error occurred while updating Ginger – EU Cookie Law: Download failed. Not Found” error message everytime I try to update the plugin to the latest version.
