Does this provide what you need?

Please also note that after a bit more playing around to see if I could workaround the issue, I found that tax is also missing from the Cart page, as well as from the Checkout page.

I fixed this on my site by deactivating the plugin “WP Limit Login Attempts” (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-limit-login-attempts/)

I was using Wordfence to limit login attempts already, so there was no need to replace it.

Actually it turns out the tool is failing for this site even when I deactivate IgniteUp. Never mind for now.
