Thanks for getting back to me, think I’ve sorted the issue. Tried re-installing on blank website and the export to excel worked fine. I think the problem may have been caused by another plugin, I’m unsure. Regarding the users not showing, sorted that too. Just had to make sure I selected UpiCRM user on the WordPress user settings page. Thanks!

Also I’ve noticed UpiCRM users randomly disappear from the Lead Management and User Centre screens. Please can you advise me on this too. Thanks

Hi, I’m having the same issue, Export to excel is not working and it loads my website homepage when I click it. I have changed the permissions to allow read write options to all but still doesn’t work. Please can you advise?
