Looks like your server has some mailing limitations, which are preventing Form Maker to send the submissions to some specific servers. We have tested with GMail e-mail addresses and received them, we’ve also tested the SMTP mail functionality with GMail and the test mails have been sent.
Here’s how you can check this yourself. Please install an SMTP plugin, e.g. WP SMTP (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smtp/) and send a test mail to your e-mail, which aren’t receiving the submissions in its settings. Please contact your hosting provider to solve the problem.

To create calendars or events:
1. On the left menu select Calendar > Calendars > Add a Calendar.
2. Fill in the necessary data for the calendar.
3. Again go to Calendar > Calendars.
4. Select a calendar from the list. Click on the Add an Event button for creating a new event. If you want to edit an existing event, simply click on its title in the list of events.
5 Title. Add a title for the event and fill in the necessary details for it.
6. Make sure to select categories for the event. Choose the category/categories of the events.To insert a WordPress Calendar into a Page or a Post:
1. Press the button named Insert Spider Calendar in a post or a page you want to show the calendar.
2. Select a calendar from the given list.
3. Select a theme from the given list.
4. Select Default View. Select the view from provided options (Month, List, Week and Day).
5. Save the page or the post.Thank you.

If you edit the calendar and leave the Default Year field blank, it will default the calendar to the current year.
