Please follow these steps to set a blank URL on your gallery thumbnails:
1. Go to Photo Gallery > Options > Thumbnail options and set Thumb click action: Redirect to url.
2. Go to your gallery images and set # sign in the Redirect to URL field (it will appear under the title input).
3. When you insert your gallery into a page or post, make sure, that the Thumb click action is set to Redirect to URL in the toolbox also.Thank you.

As we understand, you need to take the name and the e-mail value of the submitted form. If so, please be informed, that in form-maker\frontend\models\FMModelForm_maker.php file there is the function save_db(), where all that data is kept. You can modify it as you need.
