The field should not be empty. It should display the code. Most likely the theme section has not been properly installed. In any case you can copy the theme code from our Demo and paste into your Theme. If the problem does not get resolved please contact us at info@web-dorado.com providing temporary full Admin access.

The text is an HTML text thus you can separate the lines inputting <p> </p> paragraph tag. This will help to have separate the paragraphs.

The issue might be caused by a Javascript error. Could you please check it out pressing F12 button after pressing on the Condition button and send the error message to us?

Please add “Submit and Reset” button instead of a custom button.
