    Hi WebDorado,

In the email to the New User, the line spacing that I put in the editor is ignored in the actual email. It works fine in the Email to the Administrator.
    Mode is HTML.

    I write it like this:

    Hello %Your Name:%,

Thank you for contacting Soldier’s Roofing and Restoration for a FREE Inspection.

You are my next immediate priority and I will call you as soon as I can.
Below is a copy for your records and

watch for my number on your caller id.

    ###-###-####

And it shows up in the email like this:

Thank you for contacting Soldier’s Roofing and Restoration for a FREE Inspection.
You are my next immediate priority and I will call you as soon as I can.
Below is a copy for your records and
Watch for my number on your caller id.

    Thank you, WebDorado.

Ok – I’ve worked around the line spacing by entering an extra carriage return.
So I have double spaces in the editor, but it gives me single spaces in the email that’s sent out.
So I can make it work.

    Dear Shelly,

The text is an HTML text thus you can separate the lines inputting <p> </p> paragraph tag. This will help to have separate the paragraphs.

    ok. thank you.
But just to reiterate, it works as written in Email to Administrator, just not in Email to User.
But all I need is for it to work, so I’m good with your answer of:

The text is an HTML text thus you can separate the lines inputting <p> </p> paragraph tag. This will help to have separate the paragraphs.

    Thank you.
