That was my first suggestion, but for some reason, I’m told that’s not an option.

Integration is fairly straightforward:

One file in the cart software is renamed
Two variables from the Global Gateway e4℠ Payment Page configuration are inserted in the shopping cart configuration

No, we didn’t obtain an add-on module. We just plugged it into authorize.net on eShop. Do you know of one that would work?

Until we get the new version installed, is there a workaround?

Because of our environment, we can’t simply click “Update automatically”. Will replacing the old files with the new files via FTP, update the plugin properly?

Permissions are set up as rwxrwxr-x. Someone recalled getting the following message when trying to update a file: “File type does not meet security guidelines. Try another.” I searched for that phrase and found this: http://en.support.wordpress.com/accepted-filetypes/, but it appears they’re using an acceptable file type. Any idea what could cause that error message?

They are typically PDF files. No error messages. I’m not sure about permissions on the files, but I don’t think that would be the issue.
