you’ll get a 404 page if you don’t have any posts in WordPress, not related to the plugin.

Hi, do you mean link to a page within your site? You can do this in the pro version. You can exclude pages from displaying the coming soon page. http://SeedProd.com

This is an issue with your theme according to the error message. Just Google how to manually remove a plugin or fix your theme.

When you insert an image make sure to select “full size” see this:
