No. The settings screen went bye bye about mid December. No idea how or why and we haven’t been able to get them back since. But we are going to upgrade WP and will see if that helps.
I have done that. It use to be under the General settings tab at the very bottom of that if I remember right. Now there is nothing. Even tried to install the latest update and the options page just doesn’t show up.
If anyone can tell which file gets changed for that to show up I could probably fix it. But it comes with no install instructions.
