No you should get the email to the email address you have set in the WP site as Admin.
Try setting it up, get the email then post it in here for Jason to look at.
Paste it in here no matter what you get. good or bad…Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Enigma] Remove Archive blockYou dont read it do you..
I set the full page template on the right hand side and it still DID NOT display in full page..
It still had the sidebar in it either way,…Dont worry I am not using your theme now..
1. Because it has problems.
2. because your support is slack..Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Enigma] Remove Archive blockyes but if I dont want ANY widget in there and use Full Page, the sidebar with the widget shows..
So Full Page does not work
IF I add a widget then that widget shows. I want to remove all widgets.
Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Enigma] Remove Archive blockYes testing on your theme using Sample pages, and changing page Attributes to use Full-Width Page does not remove the sidebar.
Even removing ALL the widgets from the “Sidebare’ Widgets ares still leave Archives widget in placeyou will need to go to the theme options in
Appearance
Theme Options
Home Option
and turn off the Portfolio Option and or the Blog OptionHey Jason
I didnt have that problem, was just searching a way to get a fix for this member…So cant really try the fix for you.
as you can see some one else has had the same problem
http://www.paidmembershipspro.com/?s=status+review#tab3but as I am a ‘Free’ member like you I cant access the forum either.
Will have to wait for Jason to pop his head in here.
Hope you get it sorted soon…..If I find something in the mean time I will pop back and let you know
you have restrictions on what country can see your site.

I think what you are asking for is on this page
http://www.paidmembershipspro.com/documentation/content-controls/for-pages/signup for a free membership if you already dont have it.
If this isnt what you are looking for then please come back and post
cheers
so you are providing some content to both a Teacher and a Student
I would do this..
Create a page or post with the content on it.If the Teacher will see everything a Student can see, plus more for the student, then put the students content first, then put the teachers content afterwards.
and use this code below to restrict what the Student can see.
In fact you can use this code below in many different ways. There is one shortcode for restricting access to content. Place these in any post or widget to show certain content to certain membership levels.
Here are some examples of how to use the shortcodes:
[membership]Will show up for all members[/membership]
[membership level=”1″]Will only show up for level 1 users[/membership]
[membership level=”1,2,3″]Will only show up for level 1, 2, or 3 users[/membership]
[membership level=”0,-1″]Will show up anyone not in level 1, including non-members and logged out users.[/membership]
[membership level=”0″]Will show up for non-members.[/membership]
Hope this is what you were asking.
Great. if you are still stuck come back and we can see how we can help you.
On the membership-account page is listed the membership level they signed up to. This page should have the shortcode [pmpro_account] in there
In the box where the actual level is listed are 3 options
Renew / change / cancelto cancel their account they choose Cancel
this page in the PMPro Docs explains it all
http://www.paidmembershipspro.com/documentation/membership-levels/canceling-a-user-membership/Sign in ( can do so for free) and read up on it.
Hope this helps
The dropdown in the payments area does have

you have to signup for free to see theme)Hi
I am just a user like you but like this plugin and have used it in 2 membership sites.
They each have 3 different membership levels available. Paid and free. All levels can be displayed on one page by using the shortcode of
[pmpro_levels]
and I am not sure but would say you can add this to a woo, however I would say it doesnt need any woo for it to work.
Just place that code in a page and the different levels show up.
(Of course you can put text before that code to explain what the levels are for.I used xcart many moons ago and would say that PMPro is very good at what it is designed for.
Maybe these Docs can help more. (or ask here)

you have to signup for free to see theme)Hopefully This helps.
you can use a plugin called Theme My Login
https://wordpress.org/plugins/theme-my-login/This will allow the login and log out to be part of your site with just a simple menu item.
You can have it so if the member in NOT logged in, all that will show is the Log in ( or you can call it Sign In or anything you like) menu.
and then when they are logged in, all that will show is the Log Out menu.Hope this helps.
