Does it disappear from the public or from you when your logged in as Admin??
ok great. Please mark this as resolved if you wouldnt mind.. Thanks
This plugin should be compatible with every theme.
As there are millions of themes out there, we can not test them all out.PMPro is just like any plugin. Add it in and try it out. And if you have any questions re problems you encounter, please let us know.
Thanks
If you have paid version ( that means you paid for support) please head over to http://www.paidmembershipspro.com/ and ask for help there. you will get fast support where members can help you out.
Thanks
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Wise Chat] reset usersOk great that they expire after 24hours..
Where can I find the code or what custom code can I use to change this 24 hours to a much less time frame??thanks
Yes that would have been the case. It would have NOT been PMPro.
A good procedure for future errors in WP is to deactivate other plugins to see if that it causing the errors.
A lot of the time another plugin can and will cause errors with another plugin…What was the plugin for others reference??
Thanks and good luck
If it is a Recurring billing membership, make sure you have it set correctly
Recurring Subscription: Check if your level has a recurring payment
Billing Amount: The amount to be billed one cycle (day(s), week(s), month(s), year(s)) after the initial payment.
Billing Cycle: The total number of recurring billing cycles for this level, including the trial period (if applicable) but not including the initial payment. Set to zero if membership is indefinite. At the end of the last cycle, billing will stop, but the user will still have their membership level access unless you also set an expiration below.
Ok let me understand a bit better?
You have a paid subscription with no end date. So they sign up and pay $14.99 every month for life until they cancel?
If this is the case can you not set an expiry date for way in the future sometime.. Then that info is pasted to stripe anyway.Have you asked stripe is it is anything to do with them..??
Telling them you dont put an expiry date in however Stripe is showing random ones in..
Personally I dont know the answer so just trying to eliminate things for you.
Hi.
I did know this but forgot, but no I remember. If you go to the Developers Tabs on the wp.org repository, there are previous versions.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/paid-memberships-pro/developers/download the one you need and upload via FTP etc over top of what is already in your plugins
BUT make sure you have a good backup first..
You can do this with a great plugin called Duplicator.Hope this helps
no backups etc??
make a backup before you do anything so if it breaks more then you can put it back to how it is now..
Not sure if there are archived backups anywhere.
Let me check with JasonI have one older one which is 1.8.6.6 but think there has been newer versions than that.
Unfortunately coleburg, there is not much more we can do without gaining access to their specific sites and spending lots of time debugging your specific setup.
So to do this you would need to go and get a signup to the membership site here.
https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/membership-checkout/?level=6please understand that this FULL plugin you have is totally FREE for you to use. Unfortunately for you, the support is very limited.
If you dont want to pay for support, then you could either hire a developer to fix the problem for you or maybe search google to see if someone has already found a fix..
We hope you understand and can get your problem fixed somehow.
So could you please put the old version back in and see if the issue is fixed to test.
Ok well you will have to wait and see if Jason comes in here to answer that.
there might be a way but I dont know myselfSo currently they would be directed to the Membership Levels signup Page.
What you can do is Add a button or link to that page also that has LoginSomething like this
Code is
<a href="http://website.com/login/">Login</a>Or add a nice button etc
Hi, Firstly the PMPro Plugin is totally free. What you pay for is support in the PMPro forum. And also access to Add ons that enhance your site
If your willing to pay then great and within the PMPro site are addons etc that will drip feed etc
Have a look here
http://www.paidmembershipspro.com/add-ons/to see if any of theses add ons will suit what your doing
