Maybe it should default to the most expensive level if they cant pick the right one lol
thanks for the code
Generally if you are paying by Credit Card with paypal you dont have to login. Thats if they ( you) see the Credit Card option on the front page before login..
On the Paypal page there is an option to pay with Paypal ( so a login box)
and then below that is the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card button.Clicking this brings up a form to pay with Credit Card and there is no login required
@hellaclassics..
If you upgrade to the latest Version 1.8.7.1 you should be right now..No that should not happen. Click the update button beside the plugins and it will automatically do it for you.
NOTE.
Always make a backup before you do anything. Even the best of updates can go wrong.I personally love and use Duplicator to back a back up and have used it many times to replace a whole site that has been hacked or moved to another hosting. Simple easy and fast
Good luck
Theme My Login
https://wordpress.org/plugins/theme-my-login/
This plugin themes the WordPress login, registration and forgot password pages according to your current theme. It creates a page to use in place of wp-login.php, using a page template from your theme. Also includes a widget for sidebar login.all my code is in lower case. i.e. membership-cancel
however if it is wording or a title on a page then that doesnt matterI see all this sort of code is lower case in PMPro, so best to stick to that, that way there is no confusion or errors within the coding.
And to quote the Codex
To quote the Codex – “Shortcode names should be all lowercase and use all letters, but numbers and underscores should work fine too. Be wary of using hyphens (dashes), you’ll be better off not using them. “
https://codex.wordpress.org/Shortcode_APIcan you explain further on what you mean by a single log in code
Ok let me run thru this
in TML I have these ticked in the Modules area
Enable Custom Redirection –
Enabling this module will initialize custom redirection. You will then have to configure the settings via the “Redirection” tab.
Enable Custom User Links –
Enabling this module will initialize custom user links. You will then have to configure the settings via the “User Links” tab.
Memberships – Page Settings are set as per this image
Page Settingsthe only other thing I can think of at this stage is that maybe you have a redirection plugin or 404 plugin working.. Hoping you dont..
is the settings page set right??
There should be a Cancel Page that was setup (membership-cancel/ ) In Memberships and Page Settings.
all i can offer at this stage is maybe this addon
http://www.paidmembershipspro.com/add-ons/free-add-ons/pmpro-register-helper-add-checkout-and-profile-fields/hope this helps
Have you set the TML / Redirection so that when they log in they are redirected to the right page..
I personally have http://domain.com/membership-levels/
and on log out I have
http://domain.com/these could be set for all user levels except you as Admin.
Admin Log in is Default and Log out can be domain.comThere should be a Change / Cancel button where the membership information is displayed on the members profile on the membership-account/ page.
and there should be a Cancel Page that was setup (membership-cancel/ ) In Memberships and Page Settings.
You can Include the shortcode [pmpro_cancel] anywhere as well.
firstly check this
on the right side ( sidebar) of that page edit, there is a box that has Require Membership. have you ticked the box that has the membership lists in there.
if this is ticked, it will only show to that / those membership levels.Let me know if this is ticked.
Thankyou and I am sure Jason thanks you as well.
Enjoy
is it possible to tell us what the issue was so if anyone else has the same problem they will know how you fixed it..
