I dont think this is possible within Pmpro.
However login is done thru WP so you might be able to find a plug in that will do this for you..Some users have been able to fix it by simply re-entering their IPN handler URL, making sure the slashes (“/”), stay intact. Try that and see if the issue persists.

if you have access to the cPanel of your hosting, there is usually a option in there to add a Cron..
(Cron is a system daemon used to execute desired tasks (in the background) at designated times.)
with this you can choose how often the cron will run,
Copy and paste that code given into the Cron code area and then ( lets say you make the cron run twice a day) the code will action the system to check to see if there are any current appointments and send an email.if there are no pending appointments, then no email will be sent, however the cron will run every time to check.

I am sorry I never picked up your site was a recurring payment system.
I should have seen the “Monthly Subscribers $5.99 per Month. “Yes if it is recurring then you will have to have the paypal account as it is paypal that picks up when the next payment is dues and gets the money from your member for you.
If in fact it is NOT a recurring membership ( Once only payment) then yes you can use paypal with a credit card only. I have it set that way on one of my sites.
The member pays once via credit card and thats the end of it..If you are not happy with Paypal, then may I suggest Stripe. It is cheaper in fees etc and much much easier to use. I have now put several people I build websites for onto stripe.. ( No I am not affiliated with Stripe in any way)

Yes we understand that it was working and now not. but have you checked that the api are still correct and re-saved things.
Sometimes APIs are updated.Also check to see if PayPal Standard is turned on. if it is try disabling this to test Paypal Express
(in fact have ONLY Paypal Express working to test it)

have you actually got the page set as restricted or just a category.On the page on the right side there should be a Tab that says Require Membership. is this ticked?

mine includedeven tho you deactivate the cache plugin, the files still exist on your server etc..
You will need to clear out the offending folder that W3 created as well..This has happened to me while creating sites so now I NEVER add a cache program until I am completely finished the site..

ok you say you have just added Jetpack. This should not have any impact on PMPro but to make sure please deactivate Jetpack to see if that makes any difference
right click and save as the pmpro-subscription-delays.php file.
or just copy and paste it into a notepad file and save name as….Please mark this as resolved.

Theres a good reason to try to disable as many plugins BEFORE thinking it is one in particular.
Disable as many plugins as possible, then if error has gone, activate one by one and see which one gives the error.

Jason and Kim dont visit here often.We are really sorry about the problems, but as soon as it was found, a fix was put out straight away.
And yes it would have been hard to work out what they problem was without a heads up..Hope all is fixed now.
your msg would be in the plugin area. telling you there is an update to be done.
Unfortunately it would be impossible to email everyone as we dont know what your email is and who has the plugin..
