Hi,
Thank you for using WooCommerce Product Table and writing in with your query. This is likely due to a setting in your theme or page builder. Are you sure you have not hidden that section on mobiles?
The product table itself prints very well on mobiles with no known issues and is being used on thousands of sites. But such an issue can happen if there is interference from another module outside the plugin.
I can look into it for you but I will need to check your site. Please use the plugin support form to get in touch directly and I will be happy to help.

In reply to: [Product Table & List Builder For WooCommerce] Only show by certain tagsHi,
Thank you for using WooCommerce Product Table PRO and writing in with your query. I have replied to your support email that you sent earlier today. Please see my response there.
This forum does not permit PRO related questions and such support threads are often locked by the mods due to this reason. But feel free to communicate through the plugin support form as you have done already.

Hi,
Thank you for your query about my plugin WooCommerce Product Table. I will be happy to answer.
There is an option for this within the settings of the Category Filter element itself.
Go to the table’s settings > navigation > open the Category Filter element’s settings > scroll down and check mark this option:
[✔️] Keep filter open by default if it is in sidebar
Now the category filter will already be open in your sidebar when the site page is loaded.
This same option is also available for all the other filter elements.
I hope this information helps! Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi,
Thank you for using my plugin WooCommerce Product Table PRO and writing in with your query.
Firstly, I can assure you that the Lite version of my plugin has no restriction on the number of product tables that you can create. The PRO version brings several useful features for creating a great product table user experience to improve conversions. But the number of tables is not limited.
The issue you are facing is very strange since you mentioned you have already checked that the table ID does exist on your site and such an issue has not come up in test sites nor are other users of the plugin reporting this problem (you may check the support forum). So this issue is likely related to some other part of your site interfering with the plugin’s functionality.
I can help look into this for you. We will need to continue communication via email. Please write in via the plugin support form.
Regards,
KartikI’m marking this topic as resolved since I have not heard back from you in a few weeks. And neither is this issue coming up in test sites nor reported by other users.
Perhaps you have already resolved the issue at your end. But please feel free to reopen this topic if you wish.

In reply to: [Product Table & List Builder For WooCommerce] filter by current userHi,
Thank you for your query and apologies for the delay in reply. You can show products by a specific author / user. For this you need to use on the PRO version (premium version of the plugin) facilities. When you have the PRO version installed you can enter the shortcode option:
author_username=”username”
So an example product table shortcode would look like:
[product_table id=”123″ author_username=”username”]
This will only allow products in the table that have been created by the entered username.
If you specifically need to show products by the current logged in user only then a solution can be created around that as well.
You can contact through the plugin support form here.

In reply to: [Product Table & List Builder For WooCommerce] Changing layout shopping cartHi Saskia,
Thank you for using WooCommerce Product Table Lite! I will be happy to answer.
The sliding window that you are seeing with the shopping cart summary is not part of the product table plugin. It is being generated by another module on your site. Perhaps this is part of your site theme. Or you may have installed a shopping cart related plugin on your site.
I will recommend checking with your theme’s support about the shopping cart summary widget that you have highlighted. And also check your list of installed plugins to see if you have a shopping cart related plugin on your site. Once you have identified the module you can check with their support and documentation on how to modify it.
I am glad to hear that you are enjoying WooCommerce Product Table Lite. Please consider leaving my plugin a 5 star rating here to support and help it grow!
Happy to answer any other questions you may have about my plugin.
Regards,
Kartik
