it is handled by WooCommerce and the gateways such as Stripe and WooCommerce Sepa

– I cannot see custom metaboxes that my product page has, such as an mp3 upload metabox.>> It seems like you are using a third-party plugin. Now as we have our own add product page, hence in order to display other plugin’s meta boxes, you have to integrate that into WCMp by doing custom code.
However in you can also use the vendor’s wordpress backend and use woocommerce’s add product page, this way your vendor can access all other third party plugin’s features.
– Also, the appearence of the dashboard is all over the place.

However, we didn’t face any such issue on our end. It seems like there is some error in your site caused due to plugin/theme conflict, which is causing this display issue. Can you please check the console of the browser. You may find steps on how to do that in step #3 of the article on JavaScript debugging (https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors#Step_3:_Diagnosis).
Alternatively, Disable all the plugin except WooCommerce and WC Marketplace for testing purposes and check again. If the issue still exist, please switch to some default theme like Twenty Sixteen and check again.

Hhi @victorguindo @anoetic , we checked our shortcode in the normal woocommerce section, didn’t face any issue.
It seems like related to Divi theme, can you please contact them regarding this. Please do tell them that this shortcode works fine if we use it in any other place. But when adding this vi Divi builder, it doesn’t work.
Their input will help us understand this further.
