It seems like there is theme conflict. Just to be sure, please switch to some default theme such as Twenty Sixteen and check again.

As you already know we display the lists of vendors in the vendor list widget and user can sort vendors by name there too.
But the flow you are looking for requires custom code. Do you have any developers, so we can assist them with the coding procedure.

All language files apart from English are created by community members.
That is why, if you don’t find the translation of inside the language file, then you need to translate the plugin using Loco Translator. So, please make sure that you have translated the plugin via loco or any such plugins. Also, you have set the language of WordPress.
