After last restore of last workable database backup the capabilities have been back and I checked also the settings for admin where all checks are made.
Seems to work now, many thanks again.
AlexP.S. Just be informed, the de-/reinstallation of the SNAP plugins have solved this issue.

P.S As well I have one more problem to mention on my site which could be a part of this failure we face also with your plugin, to be found here > https://wordpress.org/support/topic/missing-capabilities-after-downgrade-from-multisite/. Maybe you have an idea to help in that way too.

The one you saw was the alternative post on wordpress.org thread to get help for activation within buddypress forum to add the post there for getting help, but also there were no reaction so far and then I created this new thread as a new request for help.
But unfortunately posting within buddypress forum is not possible for any reason I do not know. So please help to get me re-activated to post within buddypress formum again.

2. There is no note that the content has been added

If you are a Free user and can’t set up a Cron Job on your server, you shoud use one of these services: EasyCron or SetCronJob.
