    Dear WP support team,

I am having an issue with my scheduled sending. Those were not sent maybe as I use WP Multisite with buddypress and WPML for multilingual approach. But even if I deactivate all plugins in use, the scheduled sending does not work. Could there be an additional setup necessary within server or cpanel usage?

Also, I could have solve the issue of not sent scheduled postings by using the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-missed-schedule-posts/ but I am still facing an issue with scheduled newsletter emails to be sent with auto-responder setting after a certain amount of time i.e. 1-7 days on daily basis after subscription.

    Problem Screenshot > https://www.screencast.com/t/x6VQwvVNRo
Usually the schedule of emails is proper done, but they are not sent as the schedule time has come.

This problem is also stated to this thread > https://wordpress.org/support/topic/automatic-newsletter-mailpoet-not-sending/#post-9653936 , but as the developer now announced they do not support any more mailpoet vers 2 and proceed with mailpoet 3. Now I am missing the answer to solve my problem, which could also be related not to mailpoet itself. That is why I hope to find a helping solution or advices with your help.

    Looking forward to your solving.

    Best Alex

    Hi,

Are you still experiencing issues with your scheduled events?

If so, could I convince you to try our Health Check plugin, it will test a few elements required for scheduled events to work (they use something called WP_Cron), and you could report the results back to us.

    Hi Marius,

it seems that the problem could be solved by using this info from mailpoet documentary as I am using the free plan and did not know that a cronjob need to be setup for using scheduled posts. http://docs.mailpoet.com/article/47-configure-cron-job

If you are a Free user and can’t set up a Cron Job on your server, you shoud use one of these services: EasyCron or SetCronJob.

Thanks for trying to help me

    Best, Alex
