Thank you for your reply. I am only hoping the plugin will start working when the warning goes away.henningaa@henningaa
The ads.txt file has been added to both websites and when I check for problems I get this message: A third-party file exists: https://ussfranklindroosevelt.com/ads.txt Import & Replace
Move the content of the existing ads.txt file into Advanced Ads and remove it.The is the same on both websites. I will not do anything else until you reply.

Hostgator says they have added the ads.txt again but it may take 4 to 8 hours to fully propagate, If it doesn’t show up by then, I will call them back with my case number.henningaa (@henningaa)
Thank you for your reply.
I had hostgator, our website host, create the ads.txt files on both our websites yesterday. Then we got the third party warning and I probably should have left it like that until I contacted you but I clicked on import & replace which removed the ads.txt files and replaced them with txt files from advanced ads. I can call them and have them create the ads.txt file again if that will help.

Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Advanced Ads – Ad Manager & AdSense] ads.txt – A third-party file existsI have 2 websites and had the adsense warning: AdSense warnings
One of your sites is missing the AdSense publisher ID in the ads.txt file. Create one now. Learn more about AdSense account issues here. dismiss.
Then I had hostgator create the ads.txt files for both sites which resulted in this error message being discussed: The file was not created.
A third-party file exists: https://www.ussfranklindroosevelt.com/ads.txt Import & Replace
the same on: https://www.usnavyphotos.com.com/ads.txt Import & ReplaceI then clicked on import & replace which added Advanced Ads txt files.
The plugin still does not display ads.
