I continued to request support for two weeks; I not only contacted you directly, I even gave you admin access to my site. You did nothing. I requested a refund through PayPal and you declined to give me my money back. As of today, 33 reviews on WordPress mirror my complaints. Let me ask: what do you call a person who takes your money and gives you nothing in return?
