    Good morning! I appreciate the ideas and help. At this point, I am pretty sure this wasn’t a Forminator issue and was likely a temporary glitch that we may never know what happened.

    I will keep monitoring and open another ticket if an issue arises.

    Hi Dmytro –

    I appreciate your response.

    The weird thing is there were no other changes to the site other than the change I mentioned in the first post. No updates to plug-ins, no new plug-ins, etc. And all of the forms that were created before no longer function with the conditional logic and the new ones do.

    Also, and I don’t know if this is related…for most of the day yesterday, notification e-mails were not being sent to anyone (admin, customer, etc). It worked when I had originally imported the form a day or so ago. Then, last night, it started working again.

    Our PHP is seriously outdated and can’t be updated due to an old theme. All of this will be updated in a few weeks. Could the outdated PHP be the issue?

    I figured out a solution. I exported it and imported it into another site, exported it from there, and imported it back to the original site. All seems fine.
    I am still interested if there is another suggestion fix.

    Hi Kris!

    Thanks for the quick reply. I see I should have been more clear on my request. Since there are over 50 fields (and we only need a few of those each time), deselecting all that we don’t need takes some time and it would be helpful if there was a way to “deselect all” with one button; or, by default, have them all deselected and have a button to “select all”.

    I have discovered it was a caching issue. Once I deactivated my caching plug-in, it is working great. Consider this resolved.

    Hi Patrick –

    I appreciate your response.

    I created a staging site using that plug-in, disabled all other plug-ins besides besides the staging plug-in and Forminator, activated Twenty Twenty-five WordPress theme, and verified that Stripe is set to Cards Only in Forminator. The other payment options are still there.

    What can I try next?

    I removed the Stripe field, saved, purged cache in WordPress, cleared cache on Cloudways, added the Stripe field, chose Card Only, and saved.

    Unfortunately, the other payment options are still visible.

    Do you have any other ideas?

    Hi Jair –

    I appreciate the suggestion to clear the Cloudflare cache. I just did that and still no change. I have cleared/purged caches for everything I can think of.

    We are temporarily shifting back to Gravity Forms (I am trying to move the client away from Gravity Forms to Forminator), which isn’t having this issue with Stripe, until the situation can be resolved. Hopefully Amin will find something out from the forminator team.

    Thanks for the suggestions and escalating the issue.

    I disabled the other payments in Stripe and they are still showing up in Forminator. I cleared cache (using Breeze) and that didn’t change anything.
