Thank you so much. I was finally able to get the error logs and log into ftp site. It seems there was a plugin that recently changed its name… and which I honestly cannot remember ever installing (which is a bit frightening)… WooCommerce Services (formerly known as WooCommerce Tax & Shipping).
Deleted it out and site working again.
