There is no documentation for the “order” attribute, if you still want to solve this issue use this meta key “simple_job_board_company_name” with “order” parameter to list job based on companies. Please consult your programmer for this if you don’t have a technical background.
You don’t need to use paid plug-in for this as it is a customized work.

The feature that you’re referring to is not available in Simple Job Board. You would have to customize the SJB. You can follow the path below to make the customization as per your requirements.
simple-job-board/templates/listing/list-view/job-title-company.phpPlease do not change the plugin core files directly instead use the SJB templating feature. For templating, please visit the plugin page and see the Configuration and Templating section.
If you don’t have a programming background then we would recommend that you take help from an expert WP programmer.
