You’re right – that’s why I asked for support directly on their own site and filed a support ticket on their own site, not on Wordress.org – because I’m a paying customer. Yet, my support thread and my support ticket were NEVER answered. Now OVER a month.
And, I find it hilarious that this discussion has somehow turned into “where to post” for support, and you guys still haven’t even apologized for the lack of support, or even asked what my issue was.

Actually, we asked for support on your own support forum on your site, and even filed a support ticket with you, from within our account panel on your site. None of which were answered.
