In reply to: [Gutenberg] Why is every paragraph a seperate block?@soean As I said, I have to redo the settings every time I press enter. And not a single person has yet to explain why they made this change. Usually, changes are made to solve problems. So what was wrong with the way it was before?
@ajd Exactly. I write and then press enter, so I have to stop and reset the settings. Then write and press enter. And then reset the settings. And then if I want to put in a list, I have to create a list block, and then if I want an image, I have to create an image block. I doubt very much the great writers will start composing on Gutenberg because it lends itself to great writing.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Customizing Archive Pages Created by WooCommericeThanks. I assumed it was WooCommerce creating that archive page and WooCommerce said they don’t give any help customizing WordPress. I wish I could post this in my theme support forum here, but it would get flagged as a duplicate post!

In reply to: Custom Header ImagesI did. I didn’t get a response and the customer support team said to post here in the general developer forum where more people would see it.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Align an image anywhere in a paragraphI do like the fact that italic text turns grey so I know it’s italic. Otherwise I would have no idea!

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Align an image anywhere in a paragraphI can’t just upload a file and insert the link into a normal paragraph now? It has to be block? Who said, “Hmm, attaching media files is too damn easy, I wish I had to open my media library, upload it, copy the link, then go back and insert that into the post”?

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Align an image anywhere in a paragraphThis is actually changing how I write. I’m writing longer or shorter paragraphs to make the layout work. That’s terrible.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Align an image anywhere in a paragraphWait, so heading blocks don’t just align next to pictures? But the editor doesn’t show that? Why not? I really hate that to know what the hell the post is actually going to look at you have to keep previewing becauise every block acts totally different

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Align an image anywhere in a paragraphAnd is there any way to collapse the G-D edit bar? I want to add a heading, I have to click the paragraph above and then hit a new block and put a heading in (because I always hated how headings were in the same block/division/thingy as my paragraphs. That was the worst thing ever. Thank Goodness headings are now in a different blocky thingie majiggie!

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Align an image anywhere in a paragraphWho the F* was going, I like medium, but sometimes I want to have an image be 75% of medium, or maybe 25% of large? I can’t decide. I certainly don’t want to be able to scale the image myself while keeping the proportions. That would suck so bad to have total control over the size of images. 75% of medium is much easier to understand.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Align an image anywhere in a paragraphAnd everytime I try to edit as html, it tells me something is broken and I have to edit the whole thing in HTML, which I’d much rather do than put up with this garbage but then it adds weird tags in that I have to delete.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Why is every paragraph a seperate block?Seriously, I hate working with it so much that I’m procrastinating from writing a blog post to read messages about how terrible it is. It’s killed my will to blog.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Inline imagesIs there any way to have an image not align with the beginning of a paragraph? What if I want the first two lines of the paragraph to go full-width and then have the image align? I hate losing control and having to unlearn html to learn something I will never need anywhere else so much more than I can begin to explain.

Tag are not listed out, since sites can tend to have hundreds (if not thousands) of tags. Instead, as you being to type your tag, WordPress will make suggestions to auto-complete the tag based on your previous tags.Excatly. I am really trying to slim down my tags so I try to use the same 10-20 over and over, but I can’t remember if now I’m using project or projects or project-based-learning or PBL. Having the most-used tags helps me with that. WordPress gets less and less user-friendly every update.

In reply to: Turned on SSL certificate, can’t log inThanks everyone!
It was a known issue, Cloudflare and Flexible SSL don’t play nice with WordPress. I switched to Full SSL on WordPress and everything works fine now!
