I also have this problem, I had to install the BP Classic plugin
I’m facing the same problem, and it only persists when I use Tutor LMS.
If I use the VideoPress link it works normally.
The fact is that none of the alternatives with Tutor LMS do not work, as VideoPress has three video link options.
shortcode, mp4 and shortened link.
I believe that in some update this got worse and I have a big problem to solve. I hope it helps us.Thanks @mauriciogarofalo looks like they won’t fix this anytime soon, as since the other version this problem hasn’t been fixed, even with two updates. Your answer was pretty smooth @jobayertuser, wouldn’t it be easier to say they didn’t fix the problem?
Can anyone tell me if this has been resolved?

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Videos not showingThis is too bad, they could fix it soon. Now the plugin is updating automatically without me wanting to and this fix needs to be reset.

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Videos not showingI'm having the same problem!!! I have a page with figures and YouTube videos, after I installed the update "2.0.10 – September 20, 2022" the videos were invisible. After doing a scan with the "Troubleshooter" plugin I detected that it was after this update and one of them is "more security improvements are introduced", apparently the Tutor security wanted to get it all out. How can you put something that affects an entire site? I am reporting the error and waiting for a solution. I made a backup to use the old version and the site is working normally, but without this update. This @kardi420 answer is not for everyone. Could you be more specific, I'm not a programmer. Most aren't, so we turn to support. Please help us.Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Avoid this PluginI also had problems with this update, but it is unacceptable for a company to depend only on the plugin developers. When I saw that the problem was not just a bug, I resorted to the backup of my site, look that I was just starting to sell courses, I didn’t even have 100 students.
I suggest everyone has a backup system as problems can happen.
Of course I was outraged by this update, there were a lot of sudden changes. For example: the translations, I had to redo them, as well as reconfigure many items in the plugin.
I hope developers have learned from this grotesque mistake and users also know that they need to have extra security to ensure the stability of the site itself.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Do not updateI updated the plugins again and this time it worked. Thanks for listening. If you can in the next update, in the Courses Panel, when the student clicks on "Enrolled Courses" it would be great to open the courses if there was already a link there. On mobile devices, you need to click on the menu, then open it and click on "enrolled courses". A simple update that would help a lot. Thanks.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Do not updateThe site contains other articles, I don’t use it only for courses, this would leave the post pages with a 404 error

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Tutor login modal issueHi @georgevoronca, any solution? I have a serious and similar problem. Before, it was enough to click on the Tutor course link and call the login page, with the update the login page disappeared.
@isibor I use the WordPress.com platform that comes with automatic JetPack backup, the business plan is very good in this regard, because I don’t have to worry about doing this procedure. I recommend using this plan because the plan contains VideoPress where we can host the course videos at no extra cost, very good indeed, and it doesn’t use the 200 Gb of the plan’s storage.

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Where is the login page? Why do they do this with an includeable plugin?
So many bugs in this update. As already mentioned above, updates are halved, so put in other words, starting with the login page, please only improve what is already good and it will be great.- This reply was modified 4 years, 5 months ago by walldyney.

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Where is the login page?I updated and saw this error didn’t even wait to come back, the interface was beautiful but this error was too much.
I recommend you make a backup, because this is just another flaw in this update. Translations are also lost, better stay in the previous version.I updated and saw this error didn’t even wait to come back, the interface was beautiful but this error was too much.
