Hi,
If you have set cron job on twice daily and there in no user visited site then cron job not run on that day. because WordPress trigger cron file on user/admin view.

Also

Might be cron job setting not updated properly in option table.

logging into phpMyAdmin and UPDATE wp_options SET backup option_value to monthly

OR clear all cron job and set setting again.

Backup path – wp-content/uploads/db-backup

You can delete also backup using below steps :

Go to Dashboard=>Tool=>WP-DB Backup > Settings > Number of backups in the admin dashboard. Enter Number of backups to store on this server.

Enter Number of backup 3 for keep latest 3 backup. and click on create new backup so it create new backup and delete all backup from listing and keep latest 3 backup.

Past this limit older backups will be deleted automatically.

The disk that your backup is saved on doesn’t have enough free space? Backup disk is almost full? Low disk space for backup? Backup failed due to lack of space? As you may set up a schedule to automatically do backup daily or weekly, and the size of disk space is limited, so your backup disk will run out of space quickly or someday.
