Step 1) Login to phpMyAdmin.

Step 2) Click Databases and select the database that you will be importing your data into.

Step 3) Across the top of the screen will be a row of tabs. Click the Import tab.

Step 4) On the next screen will be a location of text file box, and next to that a button named Browse.

Step 5) Click Browse. Locate the backup file stored on your computer.

Step 6) Click the Go button.

If you have idea to improve plugin feature or security then let me know. i will try to implement in next feature version.

Currently i have added blank index file for prevent directory listing
also add random_number+current_timestamp in to file name to improve security.
(it is very difficult to guess file name)

WP Database Backup plugin work on multisite.

It create complete backup of all database tables.

May be your database contain function, procedure etc so that database size large than wp database backup file.
