As of now for security reason and unique name we have set name like <sitename>_<date>_<timestamp>_<security_token>_wpdp.zip

Hi,
wp_options table is WordPress default table and it contain other plugin setting as well as WordPress setting.
Do not delete wp_options table. if you delete wp database backup related setting then delete all record with prifix wp_db_backup.Plugin only write in wp_options table with wp_db_backup prefix key.

Created backup list are stored in databases.
if you removed manually file then it show from database.
I will implement new feature like when file not exist then do not show backup in list.
