If you only have one review it will show it as recent reviews. Try changing the date to an older time and you should see the triplicate go away.
I assume you already have this figured out but for everyone else, this means the Page or Post title.
The plugin is telling you that you do not have your exact keyword in your page/post title.
I read that there is a margin of 10 on the top and left. People are saying that the best size is to make the banner 667×263. Hope this helps.
