A very decent plugin. For my customer, it’s vital to use plugins from the official store, and it is a great option. I usually use Elfsight AI Chatbot for other customers, but if you need one from WordPress directory, this is the key alternative. Free tier matters, the setting up is not too complicated for web editors. It has good modules in it too
