    I believe I have fixed the issue. I am using a VM from Bitnami on the Amazon cloud EC2. They have configured the server in the wp-config.php file to be dynamic so if you change IP addresses it will auto change. I updated this to point to my domain address and now the Postie plugin is pulling the correct URL.
