I’m also having this problem, I tested it as a logged in user. Administrator and I tested it by putting in a Form with Name and Emailadres. Unfortunately I still receive User Name anonymous.
I was also wondering why the notification does not get send to the email adres you enter in the Form? Instead it only gets send to the notification mail set up in the options.
I’m not much of a programmer and I started using your plugin 3 days ago because it seemed like the answer to all my problems at work. We offer language courses and I needed a decent plugin to put on a A1 test on the Website. I hope these functions will be working really soon again it would make me real happy 🙂
