Hi there. I am still having this issue and would love any other suggestions anyone has!
These are the things I have tried:
*I deactivated all plugins and switched to twenty fifteen theme
*I manually did a fresh install of wordpress, deleting the files before uploading the new
*I did a fresh install of my theme
None of these things have resolved the issue. Thank you in advance for any help!
Thank you for the suggestions James! I have deactivated all plugins and switched to Twenty Fifteen theme and the problem is still there. I have switched them back on as well as X theme for the time being since our site is live.
Is it possible that a plugin could be causing the issue even if it is not activated? Every forum seems to keep suggesting it is a plugin issue even though the problem is still there when I deactivate all plugins.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
