I did it in this way
1. lock into my wp installation with filezilla
2. rename the “plugins” folder into “plugins.hold”
3. in your web browser oben your site/wp-admin/plugins.php
here you see all plugins, activate all without your trouble maker
4. come back to filezilla and rename plugins.hold to plugins
your site should work again
