There is no .htaccess file.
When i try to access my admin appear this error:

I just resolved the problem 2,
But problem 1 i don’t now what to do :(.

I have to do:

The 2 blogs share the the same database tables, or only the tables describe above?
What are the cons of two blogs sharing the database?
