Now my question is: Did the customizer added my extra css code by enqueueing? In which file did it actually go?

Here is how I have installed it and works great:
Go to the Apache Friends website and download XAMPP.
After that: Download the latest version of WordPress.
From here: https://wordpress.org/download/
Let me know if it worked.
