The same issue here. Unfortunately the error isnt’ systematic: at the same PC from some browsers (Opera, Vivaldi) it works, from some others ( Edge) – “This message didn’t send”. At some mobile phones works well, at some others – still the same error.
I’ve tried to reinstall the plugin and to clean the database as described abowe – still no solution.
