Okay, so I tried to disable the norton firewall, and then it worked. So Norton is the problem… I did what they said on that page, service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nip.nsf/pfdocs/2000031311301136?OpenDocument&ExpandSection=3, but it doesn’t work.
