I’m having the same problem. A few updates ago the back-end chat button disappeared and the only way to accept a chat was by going into the plugin dashboard (which by the time you did the customer was gone.)
This issue was fixed in the next update but after the last update the back-end chat button disappeared again… Very frustrating.
Same problem here. My chat icon disappeared on the back-end and by the time I navigate to the dashboard I’m loosing chat requests.
I’m not a Developer, are there more detailed instructions I can follow to fix this? The plugin was perfect until now 🙁
