Well, there’s no problem in W3TC.
It works fine.
Even I tried disabling it but still I was not able to Log Out.
Your pages, maybe, are not updating instantly as you may be having Advanced Caching in your W3TC.

There’s some Updates in my case, too 😀
1. Now, Whenever I Logout, I don’t get the text which I was getting earlier. Instead, the webpage just keeps loading and loading.
2. I am successfully able to Logout when using Safari browser or Mozilla Firefox latest Nightly version.
3. Even some days ago, I was able to Logout from my existing Firefox browser, but next day again the problem arrived 🙁

Also, I have seen that not only on my Blog, I am not able to Logout from many other sites also, like Amazon and even my WordPress account (from which I am posting this 😛 )
So I strongly think that It is because of Windows 8.1
