I never got any advice on here. I did more research and found this plug-in: https://wp-client.com

I had this installed for about 5 months now. It has its flaws like everything else but works well. I do have issues from time to time and the support for it is on top of it about 90% of the time. The other 10% of the time they are either slow in their response or I find bugs they have not seen and update the plug-in.
