In reply to: [IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding Platform] Nothing works in the free versionWe would appreciate the chance to help you before you post 1-star reviews. It’s not much of a help to the community when you do that.
You can easily add a donation button here and then track orders manually, but you should still be able to use the basic widget to reflect the amount raised.

In reply to: [IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding Platform] Do free user need a licence? The plugin automatically downloads a simplified version of the software, which should include some basic widgets. More advanced functionality is unlocked when you use it with our 500 Theme.

In reply to: [Fundify Crowdfunding (Moved)] So close to being greatThis isn’t something that will be offered via Fundify, but is offered via IgnitionDeck Enterprise: http://ignitiondeck.com/id/ignitiondeck-enterprise-white-label-crowdfunding/
Unfortunately, the forums are our only official support channel. We have a full team, but some tickets take longer to reply to than others, and since yours seems to have doubled in size, it might take a bit of time to address it properly.
You can find our dedicated support forum here: http://forums.ignitiondeck.com
Our team there should be able to help you further.
That’s a button for the embed code. It’s not a bug 🙂 That said, clicking it doesn’t work because something is wrong with the ddslick javascript on your installation. Which version of the plugin are you using?
Did you add an image 1 to the project? That’s the field it will use for the video.
We have updated the plugin version. Give that a try and let me know if it works.
Sorry for the error here. Delete and re-install, that should do the trick. We uploaded the entire dev branch instead of the plugin folder.

In reply to: [IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding Platform] Free version payment options?the basic license comes with Paypal and a free credit you can use to purchase an extension. As long as you purchase a license, you’ll be able to enable commerce.

In reply to: [IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding Platform] Free version payment options? The support button does not appear unless you have a licensed version. Otherwise, you’ll need to process payments manually, or via your own payment button.
This might be related to PHP version. We use ZipArchive, but that requires 5.2+, which should be standard on most installs.
Sounds like it may be downloading but not unpacking.
You might try enabling wp_debug and also examining your PHP error logs to see if anything is preventing the download. We don’t have a way to offer the plugin outside of that package, unless you purchase it from our website.

In reply to: ignitiondeck packages necessary?Think about Fundify as the beginner’s version, and Enterprise as the advanced. Fundify and the gateways will get you started, but if you need anything beyond the basics, then you’ll want to use IgnitionDeck Enterprise.
I’m unable to repro the issue. We use file_get_contents, which is sometimes not supported within certain server environments. You might check with your host to double check.
It could take a bit of time too. Are you waiting until the registration processes and the screen refreshes?
Do you have an ignitiondeck-crowdfunding folder in your plugins folder, or a 2nd ignitiondeck folder? Which version of IDF are you running?
